Warranty Administrator

Markham, ON

Kubota Canada Ltd. is currently seeking a full time Warranty Administrator to join its team in Markham, Ontario.


Duties and responsibilities:
  • Manage warranty claim processing and adjudication from dealer submission to resolution including French-English translation
  • Inspect returned warranty parts for claim legitimacy and failure analysis for quality assurance purpose
  • Dealer claim appeal
  • Train dealer staff on use and efficiency creating and submitting claims
  • Provide timely reports and analysis of the warranty data
  • Maintain warranty handbook
  • Identify and provide suggestions for improvement to the warranty system and process
  • Identify possible quality concerns from warranty claims
  • Administer dealer auditing
  • Administer warranty recovery from vendors
  • Update vendor contracts and policies
  • Coordinate parts return requests from vendors

Requirements:
  • College diploma or university degree in a business or technical related field
  • Must be fully bilingual - English/French
  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a warranty administration environment or role
  • Familiarity with agricultural and/or construction equipment
  • Presentation / reporting / communication / listening skills
  • Proficiency in Windows-based operating systems and MS Office required
  • Able to work with minimal supervision, and team player
  • Time management skills and customer handling skills
