  • Once a customer purchases a Kubota product, when the dealer discloses information to Kubota, including the customer's name, address, contact and email address, for warranty administration and ongoing customer communications;
  • Through surveys, research and customer-initiated contact, to enable Kubota to improve the quality of our products and services;
  • In the course of making available offers, incentives, marketing programs or promotional materials when Kubota may collect certain customer profile information to learn more about our existing and potential customers' preferences to better tailor our products and services to their needs;
