WR1000 Series

Kubota WR1100 series are three point mounted wrappers with a simple but very reliable way of wrapping silage bales. The Kubota WR1100 is ideal for ’wrap and stack’ operations. When the bale is being transported to the storage site for wrapping, this three point mounted version is the ideal solution. It can be mounted on the rear or front hydraulics of the tractor or used as a static machine with an external power pack unit.

Specially designed aluminum rollers for perfect film pre-stretch. 70% Stretch ratio fitted as standard with fast exchange of film roll. The film locking device is easy to operate with one hand.

Simple hydraulic film cut and hold device, fully automatic: no action from driver needed. Perfect cutting of the film in all conditions with easy change and adjustment of the knife ensuring the perfect holding even in wet conditions.

The entire wrapping process of the Kubota WR1100 can be controlled remotely from the loading tractor. One operator can do the entire process of loading, wrapping and stacking. Once the wrapping process is activated with the push of a button, the whole operation runs automatically. Push the button again to unload the wrapped bale. An optional automatic stop ensures that the bale is properly wrapped. The Kubota WR1100 is operated via computer controls with an integrated bale counter. Also, the optional remote control is making it the ideal solution for static use.
